Business Development Intern

Role Overview:

The Business Development Associate Intern will support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement within the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging industries, and new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and outreach strategies.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and promote relevant IT solutions.
• Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business growth initiatives with promotional campaigns.
• Participate in internal meetings to discuss strategies, targets, and performance updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business development and the IT services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
