Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern with a strong IT background and excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, assisting in documentation, and supporting the sales and marketing process to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and opportunities, industries, and business opportunities.
• Initiate and maintain communication with leads through emails, calls, and online platforms.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business documentation for clients.
• Understand client requirements and business goals to align them with Sumato Solutions’ products and services.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare business strategies and project estimates.
• Assist in managing company profiles on freelance and professional platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch LinkedIn, etc.).
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English during client interactions.
• Support the Business Development team in preparing reports, tracking leads, and maintaining client records.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of IT products, custom software solutions, and development processes.
• Good understanding of business documentation, proposals, and client communication.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
• Passionate about learning business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
