We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers direct exposure to the CEO and COO, working on brand partnerships and influencer collaborations with strong potential for extension and growth. We value consistency and are looking for someone interested in building a long-term association with us beyond the initial internship period.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Partnerships (Primary)
- Coordinate outreach and communication with brand partners
- Maintain partnership databases and tracking systems
- Draft proposals and manage follow-ups
- Support partnership development initiatives
Influencer Marketing (Secondary)
- Research and identify relevant influencers
- Build and maintain influencer databases
- Coordinate initial outreach and communications
- Track campaign progress and provide updates
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have:
- Available for 3-6 months initially (extension opportunities based on performance)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
Good to Have:
- Prior internship experience in marketing or business development
- Understanding of social media and influencer marketing
- CRM or database management experience
- Interest in long-term career development with the organization
