Business Development Intern

Job Description:

We are hiring Business Development Interns / Professionals for chat-based design sales. This role involves engaging with clients via chat platforms, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales under proper supervision and training.

No field sales — 100% chat-based work.

Shift Timings & Location:

Night Shift (Onsite):
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Shahrah-e-Faisal

Evening Shift (Onsite – Gulshan Only):
2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Requirements:

• Age limit: Maximum 25 years
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer & social media knowledge
• Interest in chat-based sales & client handling
• Willing to work onsite and assigned shift
• Freshers can apply (training provided)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Attendance Allowance: PKR 10,000 (or based on skills)
• Commission Structure:
• $100 sale = PKR 5,000
• Additional bonuses on $1,000 sales
• Meal & tea provided
• Training under supervision
