Assistant Manager – Business Development (International Sales)

Job Summary

Looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to support and execute sales growth strategies with a strong focus on international and export markets. The role involves managing foreign clients, driving new business opportunities, leading sales teams, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of domestic and international orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement business development strategies, particularly for international markets
  • Manage and monitor sales team performance and daily business development activities
  • Handle foreign clients, conduct negotiations, and close international sales deals
  • Maintain professional communication with global customers and distributors
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and operations for timely order execution

Projects & Assignments

  • International market expansion and export sales development
  • Identification and onboarding of overseas distributors and dealers
  • Key account management for foreign and corporate clients
  • Sales performance improvement and team development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Experience Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales
  • International or export market exposure preferred
  • Experience in tyre sales or automotive-related products is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
