Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic freshers who want to kick-start their career in Business Development and Sales. This role offers practical exposure to client communication, lead generation, and startup growth processes. Outstanding performers may receive long-term or full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and social media DMs
• Assist in executing lead generation and outreach campaigns
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant company services
• Work closely with the internal team to support deal conversion
• Track and update leads, follow-ups, and client communication in reports/CRM
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year experience
• Final-year students may also apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in sales, business development, and startup ecosystem
• Comfortable with client-facing interactions
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
