Key Responsibilities – Sales Intern (Lead Generation & Outreach)

• Apply daily to a high volume of relevant jobs on platforms such as Indeed, Jobright, Glassdoor, and similar marketplaces for WordPress, Laravel, PHP, React, and Vue projects.
  
• Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canada based on budget, project scope, and service fit.
  
• Execute cold email outreach campaigns to prospective clients using provided templates and custom personalization.
  
• Book qualified discovery calls and meetings with interested clients and coordinate scheduling with the core team.
  
• Research companies, startups, and agencies to find decision-makers and relevant contact details.
  
• Track all job applications, outreach efforts, responses, and meetings in shared tracking sheets or CRM tools.
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize response and conversion rates.
  
• Optimize outreach messaging and job-application strategies based on response data and feedback.
  
• Meet daily and weekly outreach and application targets with a results-driven mindset.
  
• Maintain professional communication standards while representing the company and its services.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates of BSIT/BSCS/BBA or related field
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge of freelancing websites
  
• Knowledge of web development, and latest trends, technologies
  
• Ability to persuade potential clients to hire us for their projects
