We are seeking a self-sufficient Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our global sales team.
This is a sales-focused role responsible for outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, CRM execution, and sales enablement support. You will play a critical role in creating qualified opportunities and helping progress deals forward — not just completing tasks, but driving measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Build and maintain targeted account and contact lists aligned with ICPs and GTM strategy
Execute structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospect research and targeting
Identify decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within target accounts
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and convert outreach into booked meetings
Generate high-quality pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
CRM Management & Sales Execution
Use HubSpot daily for pipeline tracking, opportunity updates, and CRM hygiene
Ensure accurate data entry, activity logging, and deal stage progression
Maintain clean and organized CRM records for reporting and forecasting
Track outreach performance and optimize based on response metrics
Sales Support & Deal Progression
Assist in preparing sales decks, presentations, and meeting materials
Support follow-ups, meeting coordination, and next-step execution
Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities through the pipeline
Provide research insights and account intelligence to strengthen sales conversations
Required Qualifications
Sales & Prospecting Experience
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, SDR, or BDR role
Proven experience creating target lists and executing outbound campaigns
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
Strong understanding of sales qualification frameworks
Tools & Systems
Strong proficiency in HubSpot (pipeline management, CRM hygiene, reporting)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience managing outbound email sequencing tools is a plus
Comfortable using sales enablement and presentation tools
Communication & Work Style
Excellent spoken and written English (US-facing communication required)
Comfortable working US business hours
Ability to assist in preparing professional sales presentations and decks
Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
