Job Title: Business Development Manager (Upwork + LinkedIn Outreach)
Location: Onsite – DHA 2, Islamabad
Timings: 6 PM – 2 AM
Job Type: Full-time

We are a fast-growing service-based company with two core departments: Marketing and Software Development. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate leads, handle Upwork bidding, and run effective LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

About Us

Software Department Services:

• AI automation solutions

Marketing Department Services:

• AI-powered SEO
• PPC campaign management
• Social media management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Upwork bidding (proposal writing, lead qualification, closing deals)
• Conduct LinkedIn cold outreach and build a strong sales pipeline
• Run email marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Identify and approach potential clients for both marketing and software services
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain CRM and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Develop long-term client relationships and upsell services

Requirements

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong background in email marketing for lead generation
• Experience selling digital marketing and/or software development services
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills
• Ability to work onsite in DHA 2 Islamabad (6 PM – 2 AM)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

Preferred

• Experience with AI, SaaS, or software service sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation tools
