Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, resilient, and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing SaaS team. As the "tip of the spear" for our sales engine, you will be responsible for navigating the front lines of outbound prospecting, turning cold conversations into meaningful discovery calls and demo-ready opportunities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the "thrill of the hunt," and possesses the analytical mindset needed to keep our sales pipeline lean and effective.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Prospecting: Execute daily outbound cold calling campaigns to introduce our SaaS solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and determine fit, effectively converting interest into confirmed leads.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Regularly audit the sales funnel to identify and disqualify "dead leads," ensuring the Account Executive (AE) team focuses only on high-potential opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
  • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude; comfortable handling objections and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, and Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for calls and qualified meetings.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
