Our Associate Program is designed to train young professionals to build executive functioning, problem-solving, and communication skills while gaining real-world, international experience.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate – Lead Qualifier, you will be a vital part of our Associate Program, acting as the bridge between initial interest and closed deals. Your primary focus will be identifying, researching, and vetting potential business opportunities to ensure our global clients connect with the right prospects. This role is perfect for someone with high energy, sharp intuition, and a desire to master the art of international business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: Proactively call international leads to introduce services and spark interest in our global solutions.
• Lead Qualification: Use strategic questioning to assess lead fit, budget, and authority, ensuring only high-quality opportunities move forward.
• Appointment Setting: Successfully pitch the value of a discovery session and schedule video consultations between qualified leads and our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• CRM Management: Maintain real-time accuracy in the CRM, logging all call outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
• Pipeline Coordination: Manage your daily outreach volume to meet and exceed weekly targets for "Meetings Set" and "Meetings Completed."

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, analytics, CRM) is a plus.
