Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, strategic planning, and client relationship management within the vibrant sports and entertainment industry. You will support our efforts to expand client partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and partnership opportunities within the sports and entertainment sectors
  • Support the development of strategic plans to grow business pipelines and enhance market presence
  • Contribute to sales outreach efforts through email campaigns, calls, and meetings with prospective clients
  • Help maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, contacts, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with client needs and company goals
  • Participate in project management tasks to ensure timely execution of business development initiatives
  • Support negotiation processes by preparing proposals and assisting in contract discussions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, or sports/entertainment industries
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to organize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning, negotiation techniques, and project management principles
  • Prior experience or coursework related to customer relationship management or marketing is advantageous
