Business Development Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive who can effectively manage outbound calling, client communication, and basic coordination with management. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and motivated by performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads
  • Clearly pitch company products/services and handle objections
  • Convert leads into customers through effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal management for lead updates and closures
  • Consistently achieve assigned daily and monthly targets

Required Skills & Eligibility

  • Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
  • Confidence in calling and convincing clients
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and basic reporting
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Prior experience in calling/sales is an advantage
