Job Description:
LivetechIndia is hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates (MMS, MBA, Marketing) looking to kickstart a career in business development, client engagement, and marketing. The role involves visiting colleges, building relationships, promoting services, and delivering presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to identify potential college partners.
• Visit colleges, engage with students/faculty, and build connections.
• Conduct presentations and promotional activities about LivetechIndia’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist in closing agreements with colleges and educational institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Organize and participate in college events, fairs, and recruitment drives.
• Provide regular updates to the business development team.

Performance-Based Full-Time Role Transition:

• After 3 months, successful candidates will be considered for a full-time role with a salary of up to ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MMS, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
• Fresh graduates in business development or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable visiting colleges and delivering presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
