Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and online platforms
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Maintain and update CRM database
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support senior BD team in client communication and follow-ups
• Help in achieving sales targets and company growth goals

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services & digital marketing
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Lead generation and research skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/Marketing or related field
