Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Assist in cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
- Basic understanding of IT services/Software industry (if applicable)
- Good email drafting and negotiation skills
