Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Assist in cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with client information
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and results

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of IT services/Software industry (if applicable)
  • Good email drafting and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
