Business Development Intern

About Us

Brickclay is a growing software house delivering innovative digital solutions to international clients. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns and gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.).
• Conduct market research to explore potential clients and industry trends.
• Assist in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and proposal writing.
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• BS Computer Science (highly preferred); BBA (Marketing) will be given second preference; other relevant disciplines may also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development will be a plus.
• Males are preferred to apply
