Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition efforts through Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn bidding strategies, client communication, and proposal writing in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and project scope.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track bidding activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with service offerings.
• Follow up with clients and assist in closing deals.
• Research market trends, competitors, and client demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Ability to write persuasive and professional proposals.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
