DecoTechs is a growing software house providing Web, Mobile App, and Automation Solutions to international clients.
We are looking for a Upwork Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in IT Business Development.

This is a paid internship with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in bidding on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com)
• Write professional proposals and communicate with international clients
• Identify new business opportunities and leads
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams on project requirements
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com is a plus
• Passion for sales, marketing, and client interaction

Pay: Rs14,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
