Job Title: Business Development Intern (Night Shift)

Location: AB Heights, KB Colony, New Airport Road, 3rd Floor, Office 3

Shift: 8:00pm - 5:00am

About the Role:

Softbitrix is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in IT sales and business development. The selected candidate will gain hands on experience in client acquisition, proposal writing, LinkedIn outreach, and sales strategies while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client communication.
• Help maintain records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
• Work with the business development team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the team's business development goals.
• Learn and implement effective sales and client engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Upwork and proposal writing is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
• Basic knowledge of the software development industry will be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
