Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to support our business growth across freelancing platforms and digital channels. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and business research under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating company profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Help in drafting customized proposals and bidding for projects under supervision.
• Conduct online research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
• Support the team in generating leads through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics of bidding and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments (design, development, etc.) to understand service offerings.
• Maintain and update documentation and CRM records.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr (training will be provided).
• Interest in digital marketing, client acquisition, and proposal writing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Previous internships in BD, Sales, Marketing, or freelancing.
• Experience using LinkedIn or CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs21,000.00 per month
