Ethisol Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client acquisition, marketing, and business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, outreach strategies, and client relationship management while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Business Growth
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Analyze industry trends and provide insights to support agency growth initiatives.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.
- Support cold outreach campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Assist in identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact with potential clients.
Sales Support
- Learn and support the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to client onboarding.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support client acquisition efforts.
- Help maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Prepare simple reports on lead generation and business development activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business growth targets.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English writing and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to engage confidently with diverse individuals and professionals.
