Internship Profile (Role Summary)

Sanjeevani Farms is looking for a Business Development Intern who has a strong interest in real estate, farmland projects, and property sales. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation, client coordination, site visit follow-ups, and sales support activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in real estate sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Lead Generation

• Identify potential buyers interested in farmland / real estate projects
• Work on leads generated through ads, calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Maintain lead data and daily follow-up reports

Client Communication & Follow-ups

• Make initial calls to explain Sanjeevani Farms projects
• Share basic project details, pricing, and brochures
• Schedule site visits and follow up with interested prospects

Sales & Business Support

• Assist senior sales managers in closing discussions
• Learn real estate sales pitch and objection handling
• Track conversions and update CRM or lead sheets

Market Research

• Study real estate market trends and competitor projects
• Understand buyer behavior and investment mindset

Skills Required

• Strong interest in real estate / property sales
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and presentable personality
• Willingness to learn sales and client handling

Eligibility

• College students / fresh graduates
• MBA / BBA / Marketing / Sales background preferred
• Candidates interested in a long-term career in real estate

Internship Duration

• 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Stipend & Incentives

• ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
