Job Title: E-commerce Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months (Paid Internship)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated E-commerce Intern to support our online operations and

marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in order management, product

listings, customer coordination, and digital marketing initiatives to boost online sales and

brand visibility.

What You’ll Do:

● Assist in processing online orders and coordinating with the warehouse team.

● Help in adding or updating products on the website (images, prices, details).

● Learn to handle basic customer queries and feedback.

● Support simple marketing activities like offers, promotions, and social media

posts.

● Suggest small ideas to make the website more attractive and easy to use.

● Help prepare basic reports related to sales and inventory.

Requirements:

● Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Basic knowledge of e-commerce and MS Office (especially Excel).

● Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
