Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and aesthetically driven Social Media & Operations Coordinator to join our demi-fine jewelry brand. In this remote role, you will be the bridge between our brand’s public image and its backend operations. You will own the monthly content calendar, build relationships with influencers, and ensure our products reach customers and creators seamlessly by managing the dispatch coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Monthly Calendar: Plan and execute a cohesive social media calendar (Instagram, /Reels, Pinterest) 2 weeks in advance, ensuring a mix of product shots, lifestyle content, and engagement posts.
- Visual Direction: Curate grids that align with the "demi-fine" aesthetic (minimalist, luxury, everyday wear). Note: You typically won’t be shooting content yourself, but you will be organizing assets provided by photographers/creators.
- Copywriting: Write engaging captions that drive conversion and reflect the brand voice.
- Trend Spotting: Keep up with jewelry trends and viral audio tracks to keep the brand relevant.
2. Influencer Marketing & Outreach
- Sourcing: Identify 20-30 diverse influencers/creators per month who align with our brand aesthetic and target audience.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Manage all DMs/emails, negotiate deliverables (barter or paid), and draft contracts/agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a database of active influencers and ensure they post on time and tag the brand correctly.
- UGC Collection: Save and organize all User Generated Content (UGC) for future marketing use.
3. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Order Processing: Generate shipping labels and manifests daily (using platforms like Shiprocket, DHL, or Shopify).
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with our courier partners to schedule pickups from the warehouse/inventory location.
- Influencer Gifting: Manage the end-to-end process of sending PR packages to influencers (collecting addresses, creating labels, tracking delivery).
- Customer Support (Logistics): Handle inquiries related to order tracking, delays, or returns.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations (Fashion/Jewelry experience is a plus).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Canva, Instagram/TikTok native tools, Google Sheets, and shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket/ShipStation).
- Organization: Strong project management skills; capable of juggling creative tasks with logistical deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for negotiating with influencers and talking to customers.
- Availability: Must be available online during core business hours for real-time coordination with courier partners.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month
