What You'll Do

• Support CRM (HubSpot) updates, including uploading and managing 350+ contacts
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and performance reports
• Support weekly partnership reporting and tracking
• Maintain Jira updates and ensure pipeline hygiene
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the BizDev team
• Take meeting notes and document discussions, actions, and partnership updates
• Assist with ad hoc tasks related to business development operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresh graduates in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools
• Interest in business development, operations, or partnerships
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh
