Business Development Internee (Software House)

About Us

M Tech Soft is a growing IT company specializing in website development, mobile applications, eCommerce solutions, and digital services. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Internee to join our team and help expand our client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
• Maintain client databases and follow up on leads
• Support the sales team in closing deals
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (web & app development is a plus)
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms is preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
