Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for laboratory testing services
- Promote lab services to industries such as chemicals, fertilizers, food, agriculture, environment, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close service contracts
- Achieve revenue targets and support long-term growth strategies
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and agreements
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and laboratory technical teams
- Understand client testing requirements and recommend suitable lab services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors, services, and pricing opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Support development of new testing capabilities based on market demand
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with laboratory operations, quality, and technical teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and services
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and client records
- Prepare regular performance, forecast, and market reports for management

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales within laboratory, testing, inspection
- Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and quality standards
