JOB PURPOSE:
Own supply growth, partnership acquisition, and revenue generation for the Experiences vertical. Lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of experience service providers (tour operators, activity companies, attractions, entertainment providers) and execute sales strategies to build a scalable supply ecosystem. Drive pipeline creation, commercial negotiations, and partner expansion in alignment with Marketing, Product, and Operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Build and execute the Business Development strategy and quarterly targets for the Experiences vertical, aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Develop commercial models and partner packages, including commissions, tiering, incentives, and co-marketing structures.
  • Source, acquire, and onboard Experience service providers (tour operators, activity companies, entertainment venues, workshops, and attractions) to build a strong supply base across categories and regions.
  • Drive lead generation and outbound acquisition, using outreach sequences, events, referrals, and ecosystem partnerships to grow the partner pipeline.
  • Publish weekly pipeline and performance reports, including win rates, cycle time, deal size, and partner performance metrics.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • 5+ years in business development and partnerships. Marketplace, travel, hospitality, or SaaS preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
    Strong negotiation experience with an enterprise.
  • comfortable with data and ROI cases.
