About This Opportunity

Falcon Scaling and PolarityIQ are seeking a Business Development Lead to own revenue generation across LinkedIn, email, and direct sales channels for the private capital markets.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You will build your own prospecting lists, create and refine the data products you sell, execute outreach campaigns, close deals, and connect every action to a revenue outcome across both platforms.

We are not looking for someone who waits for leads to arrive. We are looking for someone who builds the pipeline, creates the assets, and drives the revenue with their own initiative, their own research, and their own judgment.

Compensation

In addition to your starting base salary of 250,000 PKR, this role includes a revenue-sharing component tied directly to your contributions.

From day one, you are eligible to earn commissions on deals you close, campaigns you run, and products you help create and sell.

OTE can exceed 500,000 PKR/month within six to eight months.

You will be paid weekly, on time, every time.

What You Will Own

  • Builds pipeline from scratch. Sources, qualifies, and closes deals across LinkedIn, cold email, and direct channels.
  • Creates and refines data products. Builds, enriches, and improves family office intelligence files and datasets that you sell. You are not handed a product sheet. You build your own inventory.
  • Executes multi-channel outreach. Operates LinkedIn (300K+ professionals in private capital markets), Kit (29K+ subscribers), and cold email infrastructure (30 domains, 400K+ contacts).
  • Masters Excel and data tools. Pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, list building, CRM management, and file creation are daily activities.
  • Uses AI daily as a force multiplier, without outsourcing judgment.
  • Owns outcomes autonomously. No hand-holding, no excuses.
  • Communicates in flawless English. First draft should be publishable.

Key Responsibilities

Own LinkedIn outreach, content publishing, and audience development across 300K+ connections in the private capital markets. Build and manage the Post to Landing Page to Kit Signup pipeline.

Deploy and manage cold email campaigns via Instantly and Smartlead across 30 sending domains and 400K+ contacts. Write, test, and iterate on copy that converts. Kill what does not.

Build, enrich, and refine family office datasets that are packaged, priced, and sold. Create new data products using 1,000,000+ private markets investor records.

Drive trial-to-paid conversion on the PolarityIQ SaaS platform (app.polarityiq.com), priced at $3,540/year.

Deploy existing products to the 200,000+ audience before building anything new. Prove you can generate revenue from what already exists.

Tools You Should Know

Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, CRM (HubSpot, Apollo, LeadDelta), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kit (ConvertKit), Instantly/Smartlead, data enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, Hunter, People Data Labs). Daily proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity and Gemini for research.
