TSC is seeking a Business Development Lead (BDL) with a focus on business capture to support various programs and pursuits in Airborne ISR Products & Services . The role spans across market assessment, forecasting opportunity, capture management and proposal writing. The BDL will work closely with the Operations Manager's, Program Manager's, Technical Engineering Resources, and Pricing leads to assess, pursue, propose, and capture critical path awards aligned to the P&L's established business plan and focus areas. Building trust internally and externally with various stakeholders is essential to this role. By following established capture processes, the BDL will accomplish tasks in direct support of the Director of Business Development, and coordinate with Program Managers, Operations Managers, and the Division Manager. Activities will include prospective opportunity reviews, developing and tracking external engagement, satisfying related action items, collaborating to develop win themes, executing capture strategies, and leading assigned proposals. Travel is required up to 50% with a focus on prospective customers.
