The West Region Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development, submission, and review of assigned business development proposals for the company. This role will partner with various internal teams, including sales, operations, marketing, consulting, and legal, to ensure the creation of high-quality, timely, and compliant responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. This role will be based in the Growth Enablement Center and work closely with business line leaders for guidance, support, and task assignments.

For this role, we are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development activities for West Coast environmental consulting activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on support across multiple active proposals while gaining experience in proposal coordination, content development, and compliance.
This role will focus on proposal execution and coordination and is ideal for someone looking to showcase their skills in proposals, business development, and consulting support.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the Proposal Centers team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Proposal Coordination and Support
Content and Library Support
Process and Administrative Support
Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and feedback from submissions.
Conduct research of pipeline aggregator sites, and bid and proposal sourcing databases to identify suitable proposal opportunities.
Professional Expectations
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least three (3) years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, marketing, or a related role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
Proficiency in ClickUp, Aprimo, Salesforce, or Loopio desired.
Prior experience with public sector (municipal, state, federal) proposal responses.
Shipley and/or APMP certifications and training are desired.
Skills and Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
