Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales. You will work closely with the project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new fit-out projects
• Pitch to potential clients and secure high-value business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with consultants, clients, and real estate professionals
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competition, and project updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a candidate with the following strengths:

• Skilled in selling carpentry & joinery ( Kitchen,Soft Furnishing,wardrobes,vanity etc)
• 5+ yrs UAE fit-out sales experience in fitout / renovation
• Extensive client & real estate network is an advatange
• Proven in exceeding sales targets in fitout / renovation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• UAE fit-out market expertise
• Strong capability in lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion.
• Ability to prepare and present quotations/BOQs accurately
• Strong team collaboration
• UAE driving license preferred
• Civil background is an advatange
