Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Lead the commercial strategy in the UAE, identifying and securing infrastructure and construction projects; represent the company with key stakeholders and build a strong, qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure and construction across the UAE market.
  • Lead the end-to-end bidding cycle: opportunity identification, pre-quals, proposal, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with public-sector authorities, consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate internally (engineering, tendering, legal) to align technical and commercial strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Report to senior leadership on pipeline, deal progress, and market intelligence; perform other duties as required.

Role Criteria

Education: B.Sc./BA in Civil/Structural Engineering (or related).
Experience: Minimum 9 years in business development/tendering within construction.

Additional Skills (Required)

  • Established network in the UAE construction ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement and PPP frame
