Business Development Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

KalSoft is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join KalSoft on a contractual basis. The role will focus on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence globally.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Eastern Time Zone preferred – Remote/Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development:
    Identify and engage potential clients across industries, positioning KalSoft as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry partnerships.
  • Solution Positioning & Sales Presentations:
    Deliver impactful sales presentations to CXOs and business/IT leaders, showcasing KalSoft’s capabilities in Microsoft Solutions, Dynamics 365, Application Development, Cognitive Technologies, and Managed Services.
  • Proposal Development & Presales Coordination:
    Collaborate with KalSoft’s presales and delivery teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and design winning solution strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary liaison for prospective and existing clients, ensuring effective communication, satisfaction, and long-term business engagement.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Targets:
    Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales quotas by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts.
  • Partnership & Channel Collaboration:
    Leverage strategic alliances (including Microsoft and other technology partners) to co-sell and co-market solutions.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology adoption to refine KalSoft’s positioning and go-to-market approach.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Manage commercial discussions and contract terms, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and KalSoft.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Maintain CRM records, provide accurate pipeline visibility, and deliver timely sales forecasts.
  • Brand Representation:
    Represent KalSoft at client meetings, conferences, and industry events, promoting our expertise and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience in IT services, software, or consulting
  • Track record of closing enterprise-level technology projects
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and digital transformation solutions preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a contractual arrangement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics)
