BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Track Record: A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are non-negotiable for this role.
  • Residency: Must have a transferrable Iqama.
  • Mobility: A valid KSA driving license is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed business development reports and sales forecasts.
