Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing business strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies within the FMCG sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across assigned markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to maximize performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development.
  • Strong network and understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
