Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team remotely on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong networking and sales skills who can identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

This is not a salaried position — earnings are purely commission-based, with high earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities for custom software development projects.

2. Drive new subscriptions and onboarding for our existing SaaS products.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks.

4. Conduct client needs assessments and align our solutions with their business goals.

5. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to prepare proposals, demos, and presentations.

6. Maintain accurate sales activity records.

7. Consistently meet or exceed agreed project acquisition targets.

Compensation Structure

Commission Only — no fixed salary.

Attractive commission rates:

1. Custom Software Projects: 10–15% of project value on closed deals.

2. SaaS Subscriptions: 5 % of first-year subscription revenue.

3. Recurring commission potential for long-term SaaS clients.

Unlimited earning potential — the more you bring, the more you earn.

Requirements

1. Proven track record in business development / sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT services.

2. Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and client onboarding processes.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

5. Comfortable with lead generation, cold outreach, and closing deals.

6. Existing network or ability to generate leads.
