Bin Yousef Cargo is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Riyadh with experience in Freight Forwarding.
The ideal candidate will be part of a larger team within the Sales Department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities

Responsible for securing new clients and maintaining and developing existing clients.

Achieve set individual revenue and gross profit targets and contribute positively to the overall revenue target of the department.

Provide marketing team with market insights and assist in lead generation.

Identify potential clients and generate revenue from a set minimum number of new leads per month.

Maximize profits through effective negotiation with clients.

Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.

Negotiate rates and coordinate/ maintain business with overseas agents.

Collaborate with the business development team to share and update market information in weekly/monthly meetings.

Coordinate collections with Finance team and follow-up with clients for timely payments.

Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
Qualifications

Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent

At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia with exposure to sales and business development.

Sound knowledge of sea/air freight forwarding operations

Proficient in MS Office applications

Good in communication and negotiation

Strong organizational and management skills

Valid Driver's License in Saudi Arabia
