Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements.
  • Create and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hardcore business development/sales experience (preferably in marketing, advertising, or media).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
