Business development manager

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing strategies, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring long-term success for both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
