Business Development Manager

Role Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand Ikramia’s merchant network and build strategic partnerships with restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retail brands. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, negotiating deals, and onboarding new clients .




Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and approach potential merchants, partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute a merchant acquisition strategy to increase adoption.
  • Negotiate deals and manage contracts with key accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with merchants and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve client experience.




Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or F&B solutions.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic .
  • Ability to build and manage high-value partnerships.
