Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships for the company’s cold storage services. The role involves market research, lead generation, contract negotiation, and coordination with operations to ensure seamless customer service and maximum utilization of storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in sectors such as food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
  • Achieve revenue and occupancy targets by expanding customer base and increasing utilization of cold storage facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with cold chain protocols, safety, and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
