Description: A business development manager (BDM) is responsible for finding and pursuing new business opportunities for a company. With minimum 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibility:
1) Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
2) Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
3) Partner with internal teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
4) Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
5) Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
6) Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
7) Regularly follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Requirements:
1) Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2) Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO sector.
3) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
4) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5) Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Experience in cold calling and prospecting.
2) Understanding of sales performance metrics.
3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4) Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with clients and to develop key relationships.
