About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic brokerage house. The role focuses on selling investment products such as shares, commodities, derivatives, and CFDs to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve financial growth. You will be at the forefront of our company, responsible for client acquisition, developing effective sales strategies, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell investment products (shares, commodities, derivatives, CFDs) to existing and new clients.
Acquire, manage, and grow client accounts, focusing on High-Net-Worth Individuals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage, track, and follow up on leads (both old and new) via phone.
Qualify prospects and assist the Head of Sales in closing deals.
Provide insights and transfer knowledge to team members to enhance collective performance.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in financial services, forex, or brokerage).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Excellent selling skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong organizational, time management, and client-handling abilities.
