We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new clients. This role requires a strong networker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in client acquisition and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand Broshtech’s customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business development processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
