We Are Hiring – Business Development Manager | KSA

Our leading company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities in the construction and contracting sector.Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and government authorities.Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends and opportunities.opportunities.Prepare and deliver proposals, pre-qualification documents, and tenders.Work closely with internal teams (projects, estimation, engineering) to ensure alignment between business strategies and execution.Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia.Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.

Requirements:

8–12 years of proven experience in business development / commercial roles within the construction or contracting industry.

Strong professional network in Saudi Arabia (developers, consultants, ministries, real estate firms, etc.).

Excellent knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, and project delivery models.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Track record of securing high-value projects and building long-term partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
