Business & Development Manager
to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of Role:
Managing new business development activities by associating the main activities of the company with all the opportunities that may arise worldwide, projecting the opportunities that may arise and ensuring their realization.
Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, compliance, and timely submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop strategies for RFP responses, including market research, customer insights, and local partnerships.

Oversee the creation of commercial, marketing, and financial proposals, including architecture, design concepts, pricing analysis, opex analysis, multi-scenario business plans and valuation.

Manage communication with external stakeholders and partners during tenders and business trips to gather data and strengthen relationships.

Ensure quality in all proposal deliverables, integrating the standards, including content, design, and presentations, while driving process improvements.

Research industry trends, analyze market opportunities, and follow up potential leads.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including tenders, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, through market research and strategic analysis.

Monitor industry trends, market data, and global databases to stay ahead of opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaborations and secure new business.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market presence and identify potential prospects.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals

Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business development initiatives and identify improvement areas.

Prepare clear and actionable reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities in growth pipeline.

To carry out the necessary work to ensure the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 45001 System documents defined by the business within the unit and to participate in risk assessment studies for the location for which one is responsible.

To completely follow the Company's current PDPL Policies (Policy on Protection and Processing of Employee Personal Data, Policy on Protection and Processing of Personal Data, Policy on Storage and Destruction of Personal Data, Policy on Protection of Special Personal Data, etc.) regulations, procedures, regarding legislation, and to comply with the policy provisions to be published by the legislation, the Employee Privacy Commitment, and other similar published commitments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
At least 5 years experiences in a similar area, minimum 7 years total experience
-
Extensive experience with proposal responses to RFPs; project management experience strongly preferred.

Requires demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word,
-
Analytical and solution-oriented, with proficiency in working with numbers,
-
Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities while managing multiple projects.

Experience in development of high-investment projects, including the entire lifecycle from bid preparation and contract negotiation to project execution.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.

Business acumen and the mindset to understand and advance the organization’s goals.

Willingness to travel abroad

Upper-Intermediate level of English written and spoken
