Roles and Responsibilities: –

  • Achieving Sales targets of Siemens product portfolio
  • Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management and customer management.
  • Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination with marketing department for leads generation and leads management.
  • Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales team for technical requirements of customers.
  • Interaction with industry bodies for establishing organization position
  • Maintaining business ethics, on time reporting and proper documentation.

Key Skills: –

  • Knowledge of industry segments and their primary activities
  • Study & preparation for sales – technically and commercially
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects
  • Mustering internal and external support needed for winning sales deals & closures
  • Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
  • Target oriented alignment of activities
  • Networking with sales ecosystem Preferred Skills
  • Preferred Relevant experience in CAD-CAM-CAE Industry

Experience: –

  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Sales Experience: 1 to 7 years.
