Business Development Manager

Antalya, Turkey

We're seeking a Key Account Manager to help develop and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players, enhance their business performance, and support them in navigating payment and retention strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to partner acquisition, revenue growth, and operational problem-solving.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner acquisition and relationship management

You will identify and engage potential partners, present our product suite, and demonstrate its value in addressing their business needs.

  • Revenue optimization

You will oversee the closing process and ensure that every account reaches its maximum revenue potential.

  • CRM and performance tracking

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, track conversion rates, and ensure smooth data management.

  • Operational support for partner companies

You will work closely with carsharing, leasing, insurance, taxi, delivery, and car rental companies, assisting with their daily operations and problem-solving.

  • New project launches and onboarding

You will support launch of pilot projects and assist new partners with onboarding and integration.


We expect that you:


  • Live in Antalya
  • Have advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Have a strong command of MS Office / Google Apps
  • Are fluent in English and Turkish languages
  • Have experience with business development or B2B sales
